When I say I'm sorry, you can be assured that I truly mean it. Don't know if it's an aspie thing or not. You might experience the same thing.

I didn't mean to call any one individual what I called you. In fact, it wasn't directed at anyone - group, singular or otherwise. It was said to make a point.

As for the point, if you've seen my political spectrum quiz results, you'd see that I probably don't have a problem with nudity and its depiction on a public forum and if anyone can find a way to make it happen, good for them.

I got the idea from the "argue against your own position" in the politics and religion forum. How'd I do?

I wish to apologize to the mods, everyone who took part in the thread and especially MONKEY. (hugs)

Though You shouldn't have gone off at people like that, I don't really think the avatar should be allowed either, and its not because I want to post "porn" on mine, but the thought of guys jerking off to monkey's posts gives me the creeps.

isn't it a bit racist to say that national geographic pictures aren't rude, it's like saying the people are too in-human to turn us on or something. i know its there culture to walk around naked, but it is Danish culture for the female office workers to sunbathe topless in their lunch break, and I don't see that around here. I've always wondered about that ever since I started seeing nude national geographics.

The woman in MONKEY's avatar happens to be physically seductive. I think that explains the big deal some were making out of it.

If it was a wrinkly old grandma shown nude with saggy tits, that would've been a different story. I would've stopped visiting WP!

Some people are turned on by inanimate objects, shoes, livestock, stuffed animals, leather products, whip cream, etc, etc, etc. Whether or not someone might be "turned on" by an image is not the criteria we use to determine if it is allowed.

Also, I don't care about the avatar. She's totally doable and everything but I don't care about nudity.

And in reality, I didn't go off on anyone. I was completely unfettered and calm. Just arguing against my own extreme left-wing ideals.

I always think of stuff noone cares about. It's why my life is so sh*t. I won't have sex with a person until I know for a fact they don't have aids.

I just care too much about stuff most don't. :cry:

Maybe this thread should be moved to the Adult forum...

Anyways, while the woman in her avatar is attractive, I wasn't "aroused" by it at all.

I find the whole issue moot, it's not MONKEY's fault what other people decide to do after looking at her avatar. What's the difference between one nipple and a huge collection of pictures on several different threads here? :P You don't need nipples to be turned on by someone...
