I am happy to announce. He is a top notch fellow and I think will do a great job. :D

If you'd like to say something encouraging or congratulating, I'm sure he would appreciate it.

The best way to learn Canadian French is to watch hockey in the language :P

 I'm not much of a fan either. It makes it easier to socialize with most other males in my age group (or males in Quebec, in general) though, to be able to make hockey small talk. Usually small talk around here seems to be "Did you watch the game last night?" I probably didn't, but its not too hard to pretend

Congratulations. Now let's see how long you will last as a mod since it seems like they keep retiring in short period of time.

shhhhhhh. we'll never be able to recruit new mods anymore if they realise how hard the job is, with such a high turnover! :shameonyou:

kidding, definitely there is a lot of change over the last year.

Congratulations and welcome to the mod team.

You seem like a great adition to the team so hopefully you´ll be able to stick around for a while, even though the lack of staff makes this quite a demanding job.
