The sequence of numbers in the subject is the IP address of the Bauhaus cafe in SeattleWA. Apparently, even when I'm not logged in, attempting to view the forums results in a system message "You have been banned from this forum". Clearly there is an IP ban in place against this establishment. Why?

It's probably been associated in the past with a sockpuppet or banned member posting from that same location.
Give me some time and I'll look into it for you.

Ok, it should now be possible to access WP from that IP.
