I'd like to display my age with my location/etc, but I don't want to have to do it by having my birth date available to the world. Any way to do that?

Sorry. The only thing you can do is hide the year or hide everything with the current software. That may change with upcoming software updates.

If you display your age, after an average of six months, people will learn your birthday (as it will be the day your age goes up by a year).

If you wish to show your (approximate) age, just enter your birthday as a date that is within a couple of months, say, of your true birthday. E.g. if you were born on 13th December, 1997, then enter your birthday as e.g. 4th February, 1998. You will appear to be a few weeks younger than you truly are, but that's no big deal.
