Article Links?

Article blurbs were appearing and updating at the top of the forum page, but they don't appear to have updated since sometime between the Mar 21 and Mar 30 articles. It could be something with my browser, but the forum page updated just fine between the Mar 13 and Mar 21 articles. Is this something that normally updates whenever an article is published, or just when certain articles are published?

EDIT: Also, I've started noticing floating outlines of boxes when I click on an article to read. This may be a completely separate issue.

Does anyone have any ideas regarding the article links at the top of the forum page?

Only certain Articles will appear at the top of the Forum index.

So it's set up that way. Okay - good to know.
