Annoying video ads

Hi!

Recently I have been getting a random video ad at the bottom of the forums. I find this very annoying, because the audio makes me startle more often than not. I was wondering if you could suggest some way to avoid making these videos start automatically, or have them start in silent mode.

Use the Firefox browser and get the Adblock add-on. You won't get any adverts at all then on any sites!

Alternatively, Chrome with Adblock Plus. Does the same job. I guess it depends on your choice of browser.

I understand that WP needs ads to keep going, but these video things were just too much :/
