Why are random words underlined?

I don't know if other people have this but each time I go on to Wrong Planet there are about 2 or 3 random words underlined and are turned into clickable links. The words underlined all have the same font, so if it was a word in small writing, the underlined word would be slightly bigger than the rest of the words.

This doesn't affect my ability to use Wrong Planet forums but I was just wondering why I get it.

When I hover over them a small box comes up saying ''Power By Text-Enhance.''

Googling Power By Text-Enhance provides several hints-n-clues on how to stop it.
