suggestion for a sticky/announcement thread

May I humbly suggest there be a thread that's sticky that deals with people wanting to leave, wanting to be banned or requesting/demanding their account be deleted; maybe the sticky should read, "We're sorry that you no longer want to be a part of our community here at Wrong Planet. We appreciate that is your wish. Unfortunately, there is no way to delete your account and we do not ban for no reason (please don't give us one). It is up to you not to return if you don't want to be a member any longer."

Is this really a thing that happens often enough that there needs to be a sticky, especially if nothing to that effect can be done to the account? As fun as a WP account suicide could be to watch, I can't really imagine it happening, especially not often enough to warrant warning people about it. If anything, it might put the idea in people's heads and cause them. o_o

^ Actually, the number of times this issue comes up, it is maybe worth while splitting that post out of the FAQ into a stickied thread on its own. It is somewhat lost in the FAQ amongst more esoteric site functions.
