On and off for a few months, I've received a few weird and not so nice PMs from a user on here. His last few are seriously weird, say very little (whereas I've received PMs from a few who explain what they're talking about / it's obvious what they wish to discuss with me) and he did have a go at me on the forum for saying "I've received your PM". 
Is there a way of a) reporting these PMs and stopping him from contacting me please?
He sent me one last night after months of no contact which was really vague. I replied with "pardon? " and his reponse was just "you heard"
