Where has my blog gone?

Title says it all. I created a blog entry the other day, now it's gone. Why?

Short answer: no-one knows.
Slightly longer answer: the blogging function here has various problems and doesn't work very well, neither are those problems likely to be addressed as the site is not being actively developed in its current form.
The best option is to use an external blogging site (Google, Wordpress etc) and link to it in your signature.
