I am having problems with my sent folder and PMs

I have sent four PMs, two to a moderator, one to a normal person and one to Alex, the founder. Each time I have looked in to my sent folder after I sent them and they don't appear there. I checked almost half an hour afterwards and nothing has happened. Does anyone know what is going on?
Is there some sort of restriction going on? I have used 59% of my PM sent space only so there is free space.
Are my PMs being sent? I know I pressed the send button at least once.

I just sent you a PM, check that you got it.

I did Now my problem is why don't I have the Pms I sent back in my sent folder?

Maybe they were opened before you checked.

Gedrene, I think all your zillions of PMs have all found their way to my inbox.

Yeah, I can confirm that to my utter delight, all the PMs directed to my inbox found their destination as well. I was never sooo happy in my entire life like that day.

Sent PM's go to your outbox first. They don't end up in the sentbox until the recipient has read them.

The mods and Alex aren't normal people?

^ Sounds like they were deleted by the recipient without being opened.

hmmm, you could be right Cornflake, as the test I just sent to you is in my Outbox...

..and I've just opened it and replied, so the PM you sent me should have moved from your "Out (Unread)" box to your "Sent (Read)" box.

In my reply I suggested one further test which I think will prove why some of your sent PMs are vanishing.
