You do not.

The mods mentioned above can change your password to one that you don't know. They can not delete all traces of your history here.

You can also change your own password to one that you don't know.

Just mash your hands against the keyboard a few times to type a long string of text you don't know. Then copy the string of text, paste it into the password change boxes on your profile page, and submit.
