Maybe I'm missing something here, but your account isn't labelled as banned, and you were able to post this message. I'm going to take a guess and say you aren't banned :P

If you are banned for some reason, then either Alex or one of the moderators is supposed to let you know via e-mail that you are banned and the reasons for being banned. At least, this is how things worked back in the good old days.

I didn't see that poll, but the only poll I'd want to see on the subject of child porn would be on asking what form of capital punishment should be used on the people who create it.

Just my $0.02...
