Is there a way to obtain text-only access to this website?

I still have a Kindle 3 reader that's in good working order.

WP graphics take a long time to load, even over a 3G link.

Nope - WP only offers the basic phpBB graphical interface as you see it on desktop-based devices.

Unless there's a way of implementing Lynx or similar text-based browsers on the Kindle?
