How many years, and what is the 'birthday' date? What was the date that the site was first up and running and received its first member (other than Alex)?

Here's a way to answer your own question:

Go to your PM inbox > compose message > find a member (a new window will popup)

The members list should appear in join date order. Nuttdan was WP's co-owner at first so he, much like Alex, doesn't count.

It was founded in June 2004. I remember when it first opened and I first lurked here for a bit and then forgot all about it. I didn't register then. I had enough forums and groups then I had joined and went to and didn't need to join another.
