New topics option not working?

Why is it that any time I click on the link to see new posts it says no threads match search criteria or whatever? Its rather frusterating because its kind of hard to go through every forum one by one trying to determine which posts are new or old....the feature that lets you see what posts are new isn't working either.

Does anyone else have this issue? Its the same on two different internet browsers I've tried so it leads me to believe its a site problem and not an issue with my browser.
