How to log out?

It probably has something to do with my computer but recently I cannot log out of the WP forum. When I click the log out link at top right, it seems that I'm out. Then when I go to a different page, I'm logged in again. Even after logging out and restarting the computer, I'm back in again. It's no big deal since it won't cause any problem but I would rather be able to log out when I want to.

Does anyone know how I can truly log out?

Clear your browser cookies - It would appear there's a bug where the cookies aren't being invalidated.

No password is required to read WP (excluding Members Only), only to write to it, so you could log out as a member and then continue reading most of it.

Also check that you haven't previously had your browser save the password because if any activity does require it, then the browser will silently provide it for you.

I was able to write a post even after logging out and kept seeing "Inbox | My Account | Log out" links at top right. I always chose not to save the password whenever I was asked.

Any way, clearing the cookies worked. Earlier I tried and I was able to log out.

Sometimes the site becomes a bit deranged. I've experienced occasions where I've had the pop up window appearing telling me to login, but on opening another window I'm still logged in and can post!
