Hi there, just thought you should know, you guys appear to be serving malware to Android devices.

Randomly, a JavaScript alert box pops up saying "warning, your Android device is infected with a VIRUS, would you like to remove it?". If you click yes you are taken to a website which pretends to scan for the virus, and prompts you to install some software. This only happens on Wrongplanet.new, which suggests to me that the issue originates at wrongplanet.net and is not local to my phone.

I'll try and grab a screenshot next time it occurs.

Sounds like those fake virus warnings that I've heard about on PC browsers. As I remember clicking *anything* on the pop up attempts to direct you to a malware laden site or to install malware on your computer. Maybe the pop up is a fake advert that is sneaking through amongst all the other Google adverts this site (apparently) serves. Looks like they are targeting Android too now. Anyway, if it is being served amongst the adverts then only Alex/Google can do anything about it.

Yes, I'm assuming that it's inspecting the user agent string and only shipping to android users. I'll try and get the URL of the script next time it pops up.
