Is there a way to temporarily change the font of my posts?

It's not possible to change any of the fonts used in various components of the forum displays without getting into some programming and tweaking the way your browser displays them, for this site specifically.
So it can be done, but only through additional work at your end.

If you use Firefox you can increase the size of the current font by holding down the Ctrl key and pressing +
