I don't get it.

I assume you're referring to the time displayed on forum posts?
This is because your profile is currently set to display that time as GMT +10 hours: you'll need to set it to whatever offset from GMT is appropriate for your location.

Click My Account on the top right of any WP screen, then click Edit Profile.
Scroll down a little until you see "Forums Timezone" on the left, and select the correct offset from the drop-down selection box next to it, then scroll down a little further and click on the "Save Profile Changes" button.
Job done.
