I discovered wrongplanet.co.uk some time ago. Why hasn't there been a lawsuit yet?

The domain name wrongplanet.net was registered in the USA in 2004 and the domain name wrongplanet.co.uk was registered in the UK in 2006. The first is a social support site for people with an ASD, while the second is a music-related site.
Since there is no conflict of interest in each site's purpose and neither is attempting to pass itself off as related to the other, I'd say this boils down to a coincidental choice of name.

As to whether it warrants the trouble and likely extreme expense of instigating a lawsuit between entities based in different countries, considering the time that the UK variant has been in operation and that this site is essentially funded by a private individual from his own pockets, you'd need to address that directly with Alex.
