Question Regarding Links

I have a question for anyone who knows the answer. I was thinking of starting a post in Random Discussion about my e-commerce businesses on eBid and Bonanza where I can share and talk about the things I sell and maybe find someone who is interested in the things I sell. My question is would I be allowed to post links to my stores/booth or even have a post like this? I have seen an old post or two that kind of did this but I checked the posting rules under RD to make sure it is allowed and they weren't clear to me about this. Is Random Discussion even the right place for this?

I figured I make sure this is allowed. I enjoy this site too much to get banned.

I'm not sure. I think that the rules state that you are allowed to talk about your own websites if you've got a substantial amount of posts beforehand. They just don't want spammers that register and post for the sole purpose of promoting their own products and websites. You'd have to ask either Alex or the mods for clarification though.

That makes sense. I have been a member since August 2014 and I think my post count should be satisfactory to show that I am not one of those god-awful spammers. Thank you. I'll see if I can message one of the mods to verify that it is allowed.
