Replies no longer accompanied by age and diag status

Prior to the recent WP upgrade, whenever I posted a reply, my picture would show up, along with my age, diagnosis status and posting level (I used to be a rocket, “Lost in Space”). I think that information is useful and relevant when engaging with folks from the community. Could someone please create an enhancement request to add this information back? Thanks.

Also, the profile page no longer displays "Gender".

From my perspective, these pieces of information ("age", "gender", "diag status") were all quite useful (and helps us remember who is who).
