He receives a "General Error" message saying:
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]
MySQL server has gone away [2006]
An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.
And sometimes when he is trying to sign up, it will say that his email address is already in use. It's impossible since he has never signed up for this site before, but he tries to request a "forgot my username/password" anyway. Then the website will tell him his address isn't in use for the website.
He tested it by trying to sign up with a random jumbled up email and the website will always say that the email is already in use or the error I posted above will pop up. What is happening? How can he sign up?
Oh and he already tried using different browsers. The same thing happens for Google chrome and Firefox, but for some reason Internet Explorer crashes when he visits Wrongplanet.net
