Error Msg Responding to PMs

Every time I hit "Submit" to respond to a PM, I get sent to a page that says

Sorry, you have been blocked.
You are unable to access wrongplanet.net.


I'm able to access the rest of the site without a problem.

@starkid: I've sent you a test PM message just to see if I had the same issue, turns out mine got sent to you successfully. Is it replies to all PM's or just a particular person?

The one I sent to you worked, but I've only tried to PM one other person. I thought it was the length of my message, so I broke it up. The first part was sent successfully to the other member, but I got the blocked error message again when I tried to send the second part. I cut the length down smaller and smaller, same error.
