The photographs attached to posts seem to have been shrunk to a much smaller size, making many of them of very limited use, in my opinion. I'm not referring to the standard modest trimming that often occurs, but something much more radical.

Haven't checked whether this applies to all photos on all threads. Was this intended, and are there any plans to rectify it?

Yeah... I understand a limit, but something like 500-800 pixels on a side, not avatar size. Its basically useless now.

On the positive side I like the grid lines back.

Where has it been fixed? My got shrunk when we went to the new website----NOW, it's been shrunk, AGAIN!! It's gonna be the size of a postage stamp, soon. I really would like to have it back, to normal, please.
