Problem sending PMs

I just went to reply to a pm someone had sent me, but when I tried to submit it I got a full-screen message saying that I was locked out of WP because my message (which was completely innocuous) had 'triggered' a warning.

Has anyone else experienced this? It's one of several odd things that are happening on the site at the moment.

Yes, I had the similar experience twice, and I heard some others complain about the same thing. it simply resolves by itself after a while.
