How do I create a signature?

There doesn't seem to be an option to do this anywhere in my account or User Control Panel. The only mention of a signature is a box to attach or not attach one (ticked by default) in the private message area, immediately below the emoticons.

The site was updated recently. Is this problem creating a signature perhaps due to that?

Help from a Moderator or Member would be much appreciated.

We had the option to create sigs before the site was updated & now the option to is gone but supposedly being worked on.
