iPad and iPhone compatibility testing

Several members who are good friends have reported the following. Could the site be adjusted to be more Apple device friendly?

It would mean a lot to me, because then I'd get to see more of these wonderful people around here. Some of them don't really have another computer, just an iPad.

I have an iPhone and iPad mini (as well as a laptop with Windows XP).

On my iPhone, I get logged out after a while. However, when I click on "Post Reply" or on someone's username when I'm not logged in, I get automatically logged in to my profile page (for editing) or that user's profile page (just for viewing) without having to type my username and password. Then I just click the browser's back button to go back to the thread and click "Post Reply" again. That's how I usually get to the "Post A Reply" page. Although my case is not even nearly as annoying as what's mentioned in the OP, how it works for me actually doesn't make sense. Something is not right.

There are so many issues on WP that people have been complaining about for a long time that I can't see this Apple problem getting fixed any time soon.
