Does that mean that the forum will be more time up? (and less MySQL errors)

I think it means that more people are here?

It looks like a new feature. I too hope that it implies more uptime, but I doubt it. Like the IE banner, it's probably simply a warning.

From what I remember the number of "People Online" was at the time lower than it is now...

dude yesterday was easter in case you hadn't noticed and I'm pretty sure easter is a holiday. but holiday has nothing to do with it.

also the high load isn't directly correlated w/ the number of people.

it means the db is using a lot of resources
