Asian font in General forum?

This may just be my computer, or it may be some kind of bug or something. The General forum has a bunch of threads with all asian characters as the font. I didn't notice the user name, and should have but I was freaked because I've never seen any foreign fonts on here. I haven't looked in other forums yet to see if it's there too though. Is there a translating program that isn't working or something? I was on another international forum I read earlier tonight and didn't see anything different, so I'm assuming it's only here and not specific to my computer either. I could be wrong though.

I came looking for somewhere to ask the same questions. It does look a little fishy, especially the very odd random scrambled names of the posters. Then again I thought maybe in asian script those names letters actually meant something?
