I've noticed that sometimes, when a link is given to another website or page within a WP post, the full address is replaced by a single word (such as 'link' or 'here'): it is still highlighted in blue and remains clickable.

I've always found this rather neat, but haven't a clue how to do it. I'd be grateful if anyone could help me out here. :)

You know how there's little pictures at the top-left of the post box? The URL button is second-to-last----it's a little world, with a link beneath it----to the LEFT of the picture of a mountain / sun.

When you wanna post something with a word(s), just click the button, and a new box will open where you put (copy and paste) the URL, and the text you want.
