Site goes to the wrong pages

When im submitting a topic or reply to a topic, when pressing submit it will take me to another page like my profile page instead of submitting. Same happens when I go to press quote. Also half of my posts dont actually go through when I press submit and it actually goes to the page saying "submitted"
