When I try to post a reply it keeps saying that there was a connection timeout or the "Origin" (Web Server) was unreachable
Sometimes it does that and don't know if it's a bug or not

It's been happening to me, as well. Then after a few minutes I can refresh the page and it's fine again.

All the time, at intervals of something like 10-15 minutes. It would be interesting to know if this happens to us globally at the same second.

I get it quite often lately, and Skilpadde reports the same. We don't have the tools to fix that but will be bringing all this to Alex's attention. The nature of the "bug' keeps changing: just like a mutating virus!

Just in trying to READ this thread, I got a 522 THREE times in-a-ROW----AND, I got LOGGED-OUT (directed to my Profile page----didn't have to actually log back in), when I hit "Submit", for this post!!

We're working on fixing it. It should be happening half as much as it was a week ago.

Actually, I would say it's probably happening TWICE as much, as a week ago.

It happened 22 times yesterday. The same day last week it happened 44 times. It shouldn't happen at all though.

Obviously Alex and whatever IT crew he has is aware of the issues and they are working on things. Today there is the banner about updating the site. Looks like the personal profiles have changed some. I haven't had the 522/523 issue any this afternoon.

 I just had that 522/3 error. I gave up waiting for it to refresh and for the site to be online earlier today.

Does it happen to everyone at the same time, or to random users at the same time, or is it just random?

usually it's the result of the site getting overloaded so normally everyone would get it at the same time. It shouldn't happen much anymore. Have been spending a lot of time doing site upgrades to prevent this from happening again.

Thanks, I was wondering about that for some time now.

Has this stopped happening for everyone?
