Common bug for last time, it can appear sometimes. Always save your message before posting not to lose it.
If you get captcha, try to divide your original message by two or more pieces and send one by another - if there is something like 10 or less rows of text captcha won't appear.
I hope admins can say more, I'm just telling my experience.
