Technical issues with the site

1. Pages never finish loading.
2. I have to log in again every few minutes. I used to be able to stay logged in forever.
3. I don't receive a link to reset my password. I used to be Greentea and had to create a new user (Moondust) because of this.

Is this the right place to turn to for this kind of help?

Hi, when I initially joined WP, I entered my interests and some additional info about myself, on my account page, however, it did not show up at that time. I just made an additional attempt, and received the same result. Not a big deal, but wondering if I could be doing something incorrectly or missing a step when updating, or, is there a glitch of some sort? Thanks very much!

I had a situation in which I needed to communicate with WP regarding the email address which they use to contact me. This is clearly not a matter for the moderators, so I presume it's 'admin'. Just how does one contact the administrators, and who are they anyway? The only method available seems to be to email Alex Plank, which I tried, but got no reply.

This doesn't seem very satisfactory at all. Can anyone shed some light?
