Hello,

I have registered under a new email address because I cannot access my old account and the link to email site admin results in the emails being bounced back every time.

Please can you tell me a way of getting in contact with someone who can recover my existing account so that it is linked to my current email address?

This is a copy of the email I have been trying to send.

I am having trouble logging in to the website:
When I try to log in I get an error message saying "There is no user registered with that email address."
When I try to sign up I get an error message that says "This email is already registered, please choose another one."

I have been unable to sign in for some time now, but I did at one time receive emails from the website so I believe my account must have been active at some point.

Please advise.

Why are you using your email address to log in?
This site requires a member name and a password only.

What is the member name that you've been trying to use?
Sometimes a member's account gets locked by accident.

how are you not able to access your old account? do you get the message that you are banned or has your profile seemed to disappear off the face of the earth completely? that seems to have happened to an unlucky few during the site move.

alex is the only person at the moment who can see member's registration info (i believe). you'd have to give your old username and password if you remember.
