We are aware of the problem, and hopefully Alex knows what is going on. This may have something to do with the "ignore member" feature Alex is working on, but I can not say for certain. Anyway, from what I and the other moderators can tell, this is a sitewide problem, so please refrain from making new topics about the issue, unless there are further developments.

Alex needs to set up a secondary edit point (that way site doesn't go down while he writes new PHP)
