This happened to me today at the library. So, I logged out, and logged back in with my own account.

And I kind of remember this happening a couple of times about a year ago, both at the library and on my iphone.

a handful of other members are experiencing this issue, likely an indexing issue. not as specific as i'd like to be, but i can't gaze into the inner workings of the site myself.

fortunately i've heard that you are blocked from editing a member's information when this happens.

That's good.

And thanks for including a little bit of the technical hints without giving me info overload.

Previously, I did an experiment in which I logged off my library account which almost has the effect of rebooting the computer. When I logged back in, I was logged out of WrongPlanet, which made me feel better. I'm glad it worked that way.
