How do I stop notification emails like

You may have accidently clicked on the 'subscribe forum' option.

On the front page of the General autism discussion (and all other areas too) there is small type directly under the 'new topic' button. Click on this to unsubscribe.

Even after getting your information the unsubscribe was hard to see on my old Iphone.
I'm still working on the concept
