Reply disappearing after I post it

Every now & then when I post a Reply, it says that it was made but after a few seconds when the thread loads again where my reply should be, my reply isn't there.

sometimes new posts on one page don't display at all after a certain point, and the next page is perfectly fine... we don't really know why.

have you tried tinkering with the settings at the bottom of the page; display posts from previous and sort by?

When I'm in the section, the post shows that the last reply is from me but my post isn't there when I click on the thread.

that also happens with the mod tools (and it leaves out LOTS of posts, rarely just one) which leads me to have to switch to "descending" post order, which for some reason selects all the boxes and i have to deselect them.

try changing the posts display to "descending" at the bottom and see if your post shows up then?

It's just like real life: most of the time, what you say doesn't sink in.

i don't think so, it should be the same for all members unfortunately.
