Sigh.

I don't get Captcha image-and-box anymore. I now get:

ERROR for site owner:
ERROR: Invalid domain for site key

is this just me? Did I spook it with my not knowing when to give up?

I guess I'll see if I can clear/refresh my IP or something.

Me four. I think the whole site is either biased or been hijacked by foreign ministers.
Either way, I've got a bone to pick with a certain founder..

I have no such problem. Occasionally, I'll get "Captcha'ed", but entering three, four, or even five numerical digits is no problem for me. Ever since Alex got rid of those distorted words, even this myopic old coot isn't bothered any more.

I don't think neuro optic surgery will help the famished society we all live in today.
I'll atone the necessary judgement, after the necessary meets up to my criteria.

Plain English, please?

Both glad and sorry it wasn't just me.

Still had the problem early this morning when I tried a longer post. It's quite offputting. Haven't tried anything that might cause it since.

When my posts go straight through, the post fine. \
When Captcha intervenes, I get the,

"ERROR for site owner:
ERROR: Invalid domain for site key"

message where the image should be.
Both Firefox & IE, Windows 7 & various Linux flavors, all blockers & plugins turned off, all cookies wiped clean.

Interestingly, it seems tied to the thread or maybe the content of the comment itself.

Update: The invocation of Captcha seems to be tied to the use of BBCode, like when another post is quoted, link included or an image posted. If I avoid the fancy stuff my posts go right through.

You can’t baby-sit this amount of data being processed. From a level viewpoint, I ’d be sure to train my eye on the intellectual birthright of this site and the status of its fellow occupants.

(I've now installed Firefox). I think that what's more off putting is directing the path at someone who's channelled themselves into rectifying matters of a lost cause. (site-failure) This would be beneficial for all site owners to understand.
I think the notion that ‘they’ve tried to help the users‘, is not music to my ears.
Soon we’ll all be posting through registered aps, designed to create further noise and distraction to our lives.

The current ethos is mismanaged but what happens when execs try to extract the profits from a higher media maelstrom?
If we’re not investing benefits from this sites hazed infrastructure, then just who is?

This site wishes to generate profit from big corporate companies and not be labelled to the recycling bin.
What it fails to take into measure is that people who are already being labelled aren’t going to be short listed anytime soon when the cracks in the margin start to appear..
We should'nt be taking this matter lightly in the case of when a real cyber attack unfolds.

We need to start managing the risk ourselves.

@Empathy, what are you recommending, please? It was a bit unclear to my eyes.

Edenthiel, I'm not suggesting anything. I'm explaining a problem and a current theme, that needs to be dealt with. Only no one is.

I've already addressed this issue to whoever is running this site, now its up to us to manage our own
Risk Management. So, data aps, forms, third party cookies, etc.

"So, data aps, forms, third party cookies, etc."
Meaning what, please? How can they help post messages to this site? I'm sorry I don't understand, I feel like you've made a jump and left me behind. :)

You seem pretty clued up on all this drama to me. I'm sure others know too.
I've made my suggestions, what are yours?

You've made obscure statements. Please elaborate.
