site loses functionality when I try to edit my own post

It's a fine post. Just like to clean it up a little.

Three times, I try to edit. I can still move the hand or the arrow, but it doesn't become an edit line in the textbook. Not all of it, but the functionality of the screen seems to have frozen.

Anyone else with this problem?

I'm using a computer in the library which I like to do, which probably doesn't have the greatest bandwidth, etc, etc.
