Solution to Spam

I know how to stop 95% of the spam entering this site. I have the technical skills to provide that protection, and am willing to do it for free, or train someone else how to do it. I've mentioned the solution (a honeypot) multiple times in multiple threads and it's fallen on deaf ears. Who exactly do I need to get in contact with to finally slap a condom on this site so it stops getting impregnated with spam?

I think it could probably be stopped as simply as blanket banning IPs from whatever country this spam is coming from

But then you run the risk of blocking legitimate members. That's like getting rid of all the strawberries in the punnet when only a few are bad.

I'm going to guess it's India and I do think there is at least 1 member from there that posts here but maybe it's the Cayman Islands or some place like that not too many people live. It also might not even work, it would be interesting to see if it would immediately put an end to the spam because I've seen it happen like that other places.
