Idea for the mods to use NOW WITH EDITED TITLE

Just an Idea

When you lock a topic, you edit the title to say why it was locked, for example...

TOPIC: GEORGE BUSH WILL CAUSE WORLD WAR 3

Locked by Mods because it became a flame war

EDITED: GEORGE B[LOCKED BECAUSE OF FLAME WAR, ALSO ALL IN CAPS, NOT REQUIRED]

I do not know if a title is editable once the thread is created.

It is editable by a mod ljbouchard - you just need to edit the title of the original post.
