Because I worry that some may be concerned, I'd like to make it clear that the mod attention he received was on the basis of his posting history, current behavior, and behavior via PM not (as he claims) because of his religion.

Later tonight I'm going to replace this thread with a new one and hopefully the procedure for reporting problems will be clearer.
