My PM mailbox shows i have 666931 new messages so i cannot access my mail or reply and they may hijack my name and start posting things in my name to get me banned.

How do you know it was mods?
I don't think they would start doing that.

Moderators cannot get into the accounts of others, to my knowledge. We certainly cannot do anything with others' pms.
Maybe something connected to Atomika, I am wondering. You cannot have that number of messages in your inbox to my knowledge even.

Moderators do not have the ability to take over a persons account. Only the system admin or a real hacker can do that.

If the Mod was also a Hacker they could do that

Why would they want to do that though?
I think they probably have other things to be doing.

That's a rather absurd connection to make. Why so quick to assume it just had to have been a moderator? Not like one of them? Think one of them doesn't like you?

If you can't even access your mailbox, letting Alex know is the best idea. (No, obviously you can't use the PM system for that, but try an e-mail, or change the thread title to include his name. Then he might take notice.) My guess is that you simply got spammed via PM by, most likely, the same kid who keeps coming back here time and time again.

It is unlikely that you have been 'sent' many messages (I'd be surprised if they were that stupid). Usually the maximum messages you can have in your inbox is in the hundreds if that. However it could be an error or an interjection hack which is equally worrying and stupid. There is also a possibility of an automated script sending you the messages, but like I said by the normal means this would be unlikely.

Here is a screen shoot as you can see it shows how many messages on the top.

65535 suggests some sort of overflow. Not an expert on this board system, someone else would likely know more. It could be nothing more than a glitch.

Cannot help almost wistfully wishing I had that many messages so I could spend a week reading them... of course, they would have to be real ones though lol.

That's really weird Bizarre. How could that happen? And you can't tell how many real messages you have?

:?

Hmmmm.....

I confess myself to be puzzled by that, bizarre.

I just checked my PM inbox. I am just over half full. I calculated that technically, you should only have capacity for about 700 PMs, give or take. This means that said PMs have very little text, if what you say is true. Therefore, I believe that is some sort of spam from either some idiot, or just someone trying to annoy you. Perhaps it's just a bug in the system. shadexiii is probably right. It may be just a glitch or something.
