Firstly, is it possible to block individual users on this site?

Secondly, what is the point of foes? What exactly does adding a user as a foe do?

It's supposed to block people, but it doesn't work properly. It only blocks that user's posts from appearing in the topic review below you when you write your post. Sorry.
