Are you using an ad blocker? & have you tried clearing your browser's cookies & cache? I'm wondering if this is related to the adds on this site

I regularly empty it all out, even though it immediately comes back. and when I try to backspace out of the bose page it locks up my mouse as well. I use windows' built-in malware shields as well as super antispyware. this is what one gets when one uses windows 10 and not a co$tly Mac, I suppose.

Alex wants you buy Bose noise canceling head phones, it's money well spent.

Run a full virus scan. Consider installing something like Malwarebytes to act as your main virus scanner.

I did that. also was getting a redirect to a page that had a beeping noise and a "call 1-900- so and so" hijack. deleted cache repeatedly, ran malware killer repeatedly, windows 10 virus scan, and so far the redirects have stopped for the time-being.

Linux and a few adblockers are all I could say.
You might also look up flash cookies and lso's.
I just looked to see if the add on I used to use for that is available but apparently it's not around anymore.

Not a tech wizard, but I don't get ads.

if my audio software didn't require windows, I would prolly have hired some tech whiz to whip me up a fast and streamlined Linux machine long ago.
