diagnosis option in profile?

I was diagnosed with autism not aspergers but in the diagnosis selection bit in the profile settings on this site it doesnt say autism.

I know Iv been a member here for a while but I dont visit much and i wassnt sure what to select when i first came, i selected have aspergers diagnosed when i first signed up but it isnt my right diagnosis , if one has autism does it class as other autism spectrum disorder? Thats what i selected now but you d thought autism would be the main diagnosis selection here.
